Boxing

Build real boxing skill from the ground up—stance, footwork, defense, and clean combinations—while getting seriously fit. Classes are structured, beginner-friendly, and coached with quality as the priority, so you can progress safely and confidently.

Kickboxing

A high-energy striking class that blends strong fundamentals with conditioning. You’ll learn powerful kicks, punches, and combination work with a focus on technique, control, and cardio—great for stress relief, confidence, and total-body fitness.

Kids

A fun, structured program that develops coordination, balance, focus, and confidence. Kids learn age-appropriate boxing and kickboxing fundamentals in a respectful environment that emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and safe movement over “toughness.”

Teens

Skill-building training that meets teens where they’re at—athletic development, confidence, and self-discipline. Classes combine striking fundamentals, fitness, and controlled partner work (as appropriate) while reinforcing respect, accountability, and mental toughness.

Conditioning

Get fitter fast with coach-led sessions built around strength, stamina, and athletic movement. Expect intervals, bag work, bodyweight circuits, and smart progressions that complement boxing/kickboxing training—perfect if your main goal is fitness and energy.

Golden Years Gloves

This class is designed for “Persons With Parkinsons” and other Seniors who are looking for a safe, fun, fitness class to enhance their wellness through their “Golden Years”.

The class involves non-contact boxing training using punching bags, group as well as interactive training with Coach Rick Shannon. Included in the class are  light mobility movements and exercises to benefit balance, strength, cognitive function and coordination. All are done in a FUN atmosphere.

Personal Training

One-on-one coaching tailored to your goals—skills, fitness, weight loss, competition prep, or a confident return to training. You’ll get a clear plan, technique feedback, and accountability with every session so you improve faster and train safely.
